You could start with the PS4 GOW if you don’t feel like going through that many games. It’s the best game in the series and you don’t need to have played the others, though IMHO it would be a better overall experience. Every game in GOW is excellent, even the PSP ones, but the main games are best.

I’d start with the original. It explains Kratos backstory and is one of the best written games I’ve ever played. One of the first games that felt cinematic to me. I’d play the most current remaster. If you start with the original, play 2 and 3, then on to the PS4 GOW with his son.

My Dad was an engineer and my gameboy stopped working when I was a kid. Ended up being an issue with the power supply and he fixed. Kudos to Engineer parents doing the lords work!
