We’re grateful to hospitals like Kaiser for donating surplus healthy meals, preventing waste and feeding our community. These ready-to-eat meals go to senior centers, shelters, and housing programs—this is food recovery in action.

When food ends up in landfills, it contributes to climate change by releasing methane, a potent greenhouse gas. Reducing food waste fights hunger, conserves water & reduces greenhouse gas emissions. We recover perfectly good food BEFORE it’s wasted, benefiting both people & the planet.
