I'm really not sure. I've lived in Germany for 17 years and worked all over Europe. I've neither met nor know a single person who'd welcome the UK back. Not to say there aren't any such people, but... The decision would be made by the citizens of each EU member state. A peoples vote.

I wonder if the EU would vote in favour of the UK rejoining. Many broken commitments and bullshit told by UK gov & the brexshit crew.. All weaponized idiots . Rebuilding trust would require a tremendous effort, but UK parties are too occupied with themselves & party politics...
