Found this guy too. I don’t see Crowley books in the wild very often. Someone must have hated it, this edition was just published this past March.

As soon as they announced there would be closings I knew this one was gone, especially since the UofL one is nearby.

I got to see Martine at Butchertown Pub. They played with Chris “Ashtar” Lee’s band Wickeder, an incredible night of music!

Amy Farina put on one of the greatest drumming performances I’ve ever seen at The Warmers show at the Sugar Doe. Their song Walking Solves It has become a mantra for me on my walks in Iroquois Park for the past few years. Fantastic band.

Logan Street Market. I’m not in there often and was surprised to discover they’ve put in a ton of awesome pinball machines since I was last there. Like 20 or so I’d guess.

Donkey Legs got robbed at the Oscars

Just noticed that it’s guest book #42 and we’re nowhere near the first visitors. The memorial was out of the way, and it looked brand new, but I still thought that would have been insane if we were really the first.

I have no idea how this one got past me in high school when I was devouring epic fantasies.

People obsess over this book and re-read it repeatedly for decades it’s so good and so impossible to digest on the first read. I believe I’m going to turn into one of those folks, I’m thinking about starting it over right away. 10/10
