My perspective on so much has changed. God has given me wisdom on so much and therapy has allowed me to see different situations for what they really are… safe to say, all of my thoughts are confirmed and I’m okay with my decision.

yessss this is true. my ex’s sister battled w schizoaffective & it was hard to watch her go through that sometimes. she def hallucinated more than often 😞
So one thing about #schizophrenia spectrum disorders like #schizoaffective is paranoia. Our water filter needs to be changed but we can’t do it till Monday or Tuesday. My brain keeps screaming that the water is poisoned. I put flavoring in to try getting around that. Ugh I hate this.
