In Oct ‘23, the wife of Roy Holmes Jr. filed a baseless temporary restraining order against the sister of one of her husband’s victims (who also happened to be her own 1st cousins). Below is the response to that filing.
The restraining order ended up being dismissed shortly after this filing.

A police report was filed against him in 2023 regarding a sexual assault he allegedly committed in 2016. The victim? His alleged wife’s younger cousin.

These case numbers can be searched via the website for the San Joaquin county circuit court. In 2015, he was convicted of lewd and lascivious acts against a minor. He was in his 30’s at the time.
