I know it skews white/work-rate (though there’s been progress) but still it’s absolutely baffling he’s not already in there.

Feuding with and beating up Jericho wasn’t the worst introduction for most people, but unfortunately it was a well that got absolutely pumped dry after years of already spitting mud.

Severely diminishing returns for a legend aged guy who can no-longer wow you with his work alone!

It did help legitimize it for a non insignificant number of folks tho. I will say too that Jericho wasn’t nearly as worn thin back in those days. I won’t say he was what people came to see, but it made it easier to talk about with the less initiated if you have him as a reference.

I’m going to give Jericho flowers for two things.
1. He did a Kings Road neck bump match with Eddie Kingston
2. Blading his chest. That’s the most carny thing I’ve ever seen.

I’m being cheeky, I like Sammy okay it’s just making a light joke of the Jericho vortex being so strong Sammy who works for another company is still stuck to Jericho.

I think he can sell ice to polar bears if you get him one-on-one too, probably charming the pants off Tripps and Nick Khan promising he’ll do wonders for the demos!

I fully would love to see it tbh. Watching Jericho hold the TNA championship three or four times and feud with Masha or something. Somehow Sammy Guevara is there too… it just seems like an awesome plan for him.

I was there in row 7, I saw him go up ass over tea kettle and disappear behind the barricade. I immediately thought “that man just died!”. Then of course he popped up. Brutal ass-bump he wound up taking there, jfc!
