Goals are messages from the deep 🔴
Curtis Jones is easily good enough to be starting regularly at Liverpool. Selling him and leaving a gap in the squad would be an insane move.

Adam Wharton would be a huge upgrade for our midfield. I’d worry about his isolation OOP but his on ball ability would be transformative.

Also watched Speed Racer which is one of the coolest and most innovative collection of moving images I’ve ever seen. What an insane movie. Almost melted my brain completely.

Avatar: Fire and Ash feels like such a missed opportunity. It’s a stunning watch but adds nothing meaningful or interesting to the saga. It’s a technical marvel with nothing to say.

From a playing perspective I think selling Robbo is fine if you can bring the Greek back.

He’s a club legend though and I don’t want his send off to be a January move to Spurs. That’s not right.

Got an OLED telly this week and I can already tell that I’ll never financially recover from the amount of discs I’m about to purchase.

Never thought I’d be interested in 4K blu-ray. I get it now.

Well played Reds, vintage performance that.

Don’t know about the rest of you but it’s nice to see Salah back and on the pitch.

Fair enough, threatening war because you didn’t get a prize for peace is quite a funny bit. It’s all a big joke right? Hahaha.

Anyway, just ordered a pizza for my tea so my day can only get better from here.

For all the criticisms you can rightly make about Richard Hughes and the set up at Liverpool, I’ll always be grateful and amazed that they got Florian Wirtz to join.

What a beautiful player. He’s so special and we’re so lucky to have him.

Pffft struggling to come to terms with that. Created enough to win comfortably but still conspire to drop the points.

Lack of mentality and will to win is a big concern. There’s no fear factor anymore. Taking chances would help!

Got to admire how Burnley have two people on the line plus the goalkeeper every time the ball goes near the box 😭
January 17, 2026 at 4:40 PM
Our second halves this season need a government enquiry. What are they doing at half time?
January 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM
Credit to all 3 players for their composure in the box there. Technical skill on show.
January 17, 2026 at 3:45 PM
City OOP are a real mess. Consequences of new players/new attack or this guy?
January 17, 2026 at 2:43 PM
I’ve become a bit numb to City’s spending over the years but their willingness to consistently spend their way out of a hole is as frustrating as it is disgusting.
January 16, 2026 at 2:44 PM
Losing out on Guéhi is a huge fuck up by the suits. Bordering on disastrous given the makeup of the squad.

Him choosing City is a weird one too. Hope you enjoy sitting on the bench.
January 16, 2026 at 1:07 PM
Hope Slot and Salah can bury whatever weird beef has been going on between them and attack the second half of the season. Still things up for grabs here.
January 16, 2026 at 9:43 AM
Late to it but watched the final 2 episodes of the first season of Severance last night and I’ve been struggling to think of anything else today. The way it all comes together at the end: superb!
January 14, 2026 at 3:21 PM
Suspect Richard Hughes and Michael Edwards might be making a few phone calls tonight.
January 12, 2026 at 5:50 PM
It’s nuts to me how we were a fax confirmation away from signing Guéhi in the summer and now we’re just apparently uninterested.

Especially nuts that Konaté is currently off in the summer and Leoni is out for the season. What’s the plan here?
January 12, 2026 at 12:13 PM
Conor Bradley is going to become Joe Gomez. At a certain point your body just stops being reliable. That’s just sports for some people.

Hope I’m wrong but he can’t be relied on now. Club need to make concessions.

Marty Supreme is such an electric film, absolutely loved it. It feels so alive.
January 10, 2026 at 9:08 PM
Seeing all the analysis from last night and the nicest thing is seeing how Slot’s gameplan worked to limit Arsenal and provide a platform to get at them.

Good to see buy-in from the players too. Need more of that (it’s a low bar).
