to use this platform over Twitter, the user experience just sucks and I'd rather deal with the ads on Twitter than be here where I'm flooded with politics and religion and have a much more limited direct messaging function.

the post just says what it wants in an image. And customized feeds feel like shit since they don't try showing me more of that topic, they just show me stuff from a hand-picked list of people. I love the lack of ads and constant suggestions this platform has but sadly that's not enough for me

I think your issue is less of VTubers being unfunny and more just people being unfunny. There are incredibly funny VTubers who'd be great in Jackbox, but there are also people who just aren't funny enough for Jackbox

I have a feeling that most people are afraid of the person but rather just too afraid to reach out. Though at the same time I don't really ever feel this so I struggle to understand the feeling
