Most modern #Xmas music sucks. How much Michael Buble or Pentatonix do we really want to listen to? It's all saccharine $ machines designed to create residuals. There is so much better stuff out there than what you hear on the garbage stations that play this stuff.

For a band name, Superchunk was always silly, but it tracks with other bands from that time that all named themselves 'super something' (Supergrass, Superdrag, etc).
But I have loved Superchunk for 30 years, and this song, while about global warming, rokks. It's just so upbeat!
