It could be one of the two things:
1. People that manage the account accidentally set the discount to 100% (totally valid use case for some) for all products.
2. GrabMart system incorrectly set the discount to 100%, which would be a bad look for them.

But I like the way they prep food on S1 more. S2 feels a bit short.
