You can't compare WW2 statistics to today, it would be like saying Italy is still not defendable against elephants. I would also add it would be irresponsible for UK to buy more F-35s at the moment until the issue around Block 4 are ironed out.

Never get why American police feel the need to be dressed in combat fatigues, Temu soldiers

I have been looking for a term for Reforms policies!

Its pretty pointless the UK having the F-35 if they don't have the munitions to make it useful. Might as well stick them in a warehouse till spear 3 is done.

Listening to latest Leading podcast, they mention how Trump wants to become richest man in the world like Putin, to do that he feels the state is his bank account, he won’t ever see anything wrong in what he is doing.

Am I missing something. Lots of outlets saying they refused a submarine? Do Virginia class have separate diesel generators or was it bad journalism

I mean there is enough open source information to know that Noel is very incorrect. Missiles are launched independently from the sub, they don’t need any “codes” or confirmation. It is literally a trigger. Then they use the stars and inertial guidance to locate their position, so no US satellites.

They don’t “occupy” RAF bases, they are US military bases that are within the UK. Most of them are hangovers from ww2 and the newer ones are to keep up with that naming conventions.

You couldn’t be more wrong. There aren’t even codes. Its just three keys and a trigger.

I would be interested to know what allied-shored capabilities the west has in making the semi conducts required for light affordable drones. Some I imagine are easier than others, but those involved in image processing and any AI usage will be more difficult?

Noted! Cheers

Are you on goodreads? Do you have a list for must reads on Submarines?

Glad that Heathrow isn't in this list. The shuttle at T5 is tremendously slow.
