Yes. Gasoline can be blended just fine without an anti knock additive in any modern (ish) refinery.

What do you mean by “100% gasoline blend isn’t an option”? Do you mean gasoline with no ethanol blended? That is not true and US refiners have extensive octane length that is underutilized.
