Our federal agency is expecting, unfortunately, that AI regulations are going to shift to the wild west under the incoming administration. My worry is that the tech billionaires are all taking a kneed before Trump and are going to push for less regulation, and we'll get the equivalent of ED209.

I worked for DOJ during Sessions' tenure, and though I vehemently disagreed with his politics, I always appreciated his respect for the law and that he took the job seriously. Gaetz is the polar opposite. Let's hope the Senate shuts him down hard.
