FPL Manager from wet and wild Malaysia, always fighting to stop being too rogue!
Aston Villa aren't being widely considered mainly because of FH13.

I seem to be on a one man group think for this one as I have to look at GW13 as a normal week.

I is getting increasingly nervous.

This is me laughing nervously while discussing FH options, having burnt my own FH chip a few weeks back.

We delve a bit further into chip strategy, and really guys, don't wait till GW19 to use up your last chip, sh!t happens!

Don't be like me and burn your FH unnecessarily.

Follow my advice and do this instead!

See what I did there?

FH13 is looking super popular at this point.

Will have to look at what the drafts look like and plan my transfers to compensate.

Any player planes being tracked this week?

I dont think i have anyone travelling late from South America or Asia this time around...
November 16, 2025 at 8:55 AM
With the completion of this international break, for the serious FPL player, this is the period where you need to get things right more often than not.

This applies especially for those still in the 2mil-3mil mark, and still looking for a strong finish.

Just noticed that Amad has 2 returns in the last 2. while Cunha, whom I bought, has blanked.

Did I pick up the wrong 2nd United midfielder?

(I did try him about 6 weeks ago, to major disappointment).
November 16, 2025 at 2:34 AM
Now having second thoughts about selling Cunha. I have a perfectly functioning KDH on my bench.

Brazil are having friendlies, it's inevitable he'll play.

Could he do a job against United at Old Trafford?

Should I overcome my bias against Everton players?

Hmm..
November 13, 2025 at 6:52 AM
Feels like I'm gonna be spending my IB trying to convince myself to sell Cunha.

I also have to figure out whether I can survive GW12 people without a player playing against Wolves.
November 13, 2025 at 1:57 AM
As Thiago's ownership continues to rise, in an attempt to stay in front of everyone, my sights are turning to Kevin Schade.

4 returns in the last 6, his price of 7m is a bit unwieldy though.

Will be monitoring his IB work.

Ownership of 0.8%.... tempting!!
November 12, 2025 at 2:55 AM
Sesko's injury is kind of making me want to hang on to Cunha despite my disappointment on his FPL form...
November 12, 2025 at 1:45 AM
AFCON is in GW16.

Why should you be discouraged from owning players like Mbeumo because of that?

If he returns in 3 out of the 5 matches with at least 1 double digit score isn't that good enough to use 2 transfers for...?
November 11, 2025 at 4:18 PM
The Sleepy Jedis GW12 bus team:

Waiting on Enzo, who won't play in the IB, I may very well just roll this, despite Cunha, Enzo, Bowen and Semenyo failing to fire the past few weeks.

Quietly hoping Wirtz will drop further in price so I can pick him up, but that's unlikely.

I've sang the praises of Ballard quite a while, so chuffed to see him return this week!

The popular theory is that Sunderland had good run of fixtures, but that's now at an end.

But, for me, based on the below, why not?

Ballard scored against Arsenal and has DEFCON.

I don't see a problem.
November 10, 2025 at 1:06 AM
My GW11 team. Could not decide my bench ended up bench boosting instead.

Decided to trust in the team and save a transfer for post International break.

Good luck sweets! Hoping for a Cunha brace to kick off the week!
November 8, 2025 at 12:04 PM
Very very hard to bench Ballard despite going against Arsenal.

Stats wise per 90 minutes he's up there, just had that dent after he got injured in the 2nd match. No issues with starting status either.

DEFCON is almost inevitable and the set piece threat is there.

GW11: The Sleepy Jedis.

Possibly the hardest week for me so far in terms of who to bench. Should I just bench boost this?

I could tweak it and sell Donnarumma, not sure for whom though...
November 8, 2025 at 1:50 AM
I find it fascinating that there are plenty of usually defensively inclined midfielders actually scoring more goals this season.

Caicedo, Bruno G, Zubimendi are a few that pop to my head.
November 5, 2025 at 6:27 AM
With 2 wins in a row for Liverpool, are they finally clicking?

Also, Szobo back at the 10 could be the long term solution, pushing Wirtz to the left?

So my Cunha+Thiago+Gabriel -4 didn't quite work out, with only Gabriel returning.

I think the funniest part of the weekend was Joao Pedro returning. Cue all the recommendations to bringing him back in.

Me, oh yes, bring him, please! I could use the help.
November 4, 2025 at 7:02 AM
Mbeumo's the most transferred in this week, but it feels like its Mateta, given the amount of conversation on him.

Hope the most transferred curse gets transferred too lol
November 1, 2025 at 1:05 PM
Well this is kind of cute.
Mateta has never scored vs brentford
November 1, 2025 at 12:03 PM
In a comment somewhere in Bluesky I mentioned that this week is a must win for Fulham.

But, it's an even more must win for Wolves.

After this game, Wolves face Chelsea, Palace and Villa, teams that are all currently Top 10 in the league.

As such, it feels unlikely that either team will keep a CS.
November 1, 2025 at 5:57 AM
The 3 big questions I needed to answer for FPL this week:

1) Amorim's attack finally clicking consistently?
2) Are Sunderland the real deal?
3) Is it too dangerous to go without Mateta?
November 1, 2025 at 1:31 AM
Been arguing about Sunderland on discord, I believe that they will be on the top half of the table by the end of the season, but will be competing seriously for an Europe spot.

Am I the only non-Sunderland fan who believes that?

(Context: Why I'm keeping Ballard instead of Andersen lol)
