Major Newspaper used chatgpt to generate its summer reading list. Real authors, fake titles.

This is going to be the norm soon with the Internet littered with fake content. I've already caught fake 'quotes' from my books. Fake summaries. And yes, I saw a similar list online that had me releasing a fake book this year.
I went into my library's database of Chicago area newspapers to confirm this isn't fake, and it's not.

@chicago.suntimes.com Why the hell are you using ChatGPT to make up book titles? You used to have a books staff. Absolutely no fact checking?

I know we're all busy with the AI list thing, but I just saw this: Sourcebooks is repackaging a YA trilogy of fantasy novels as adult romantasy.

I wonder how many books are going to be reissued as "now with spice" or "now for adults"
