While these numbers really look great, it should be noted that the majority of the people in Vietnam use motorbikes and not cars. Hochiminh city has more than 8 million registered motorbikes, as of 2024 there are hardly any without ICE. Some VinFast EV scooters are out there for food delivery.

Laut Wikipedia sollen (müssen?) in den nächsten 15 Jahren auch rund 30 Reaktoren in 10 Kraftwerken aus den 70ern/80ern stillgelegt werden.
