Tagging along with my partner at the liquor store, and the lady in front of my just proposed to the guy at the counter that wine bottles should “at least tell you if it’s any good.”

Last night I articulated for the first time the fact that I, A Fragile Person, spent every single moment of 2016-2020 *fucking blitzed*, and even with years of sobriety behind me, I am completely unequipped to do this shit again straight.

I woke up from a dream where I was organizing bits I had bought into little jewelry bags. Which is a little weird, I guess. But when I woke up, I realized that my HANDS WERE FULL OF TINY PLASTIC BAGS.

I was once really proud to learn that someone said they “don’t want to be in the same building” where my larp is being played, but now here I am, not wanting to be in the same state as another larp.

I forgot about, but really did not miss, the twitter-now-bluesky experience of knowing everyone is talking about the same thing with no context and no idea how to find out.

I can’t believe I’m part of a disagreement about this but… Gonzo fucks that chicken, right?
