We had a lot of fun making this and Ride or Die might be the one the hardest hiphop tracks of all time.

After Let It Flow, the plan was always to do more music together, but life happened and this was a chance to finally do it.

In this case I made most of the music except for Twanka and Mutharuckas, which Nicole made and featured only herself on the vocals.

In pulling this release together, it seemed there was multiple version put out. I think this came down to the limitation of how many tracks could be put on a CD. I've included everything from all the version and added a few extra tracks never formally released.

Just that album, Nicole did all the vocals and music except for one track - Maybe, where I did the music. This album has a little more structure to it, but still have a lot of freeform creativity that it most of Nicole early music.

This picture is from a Polaroid someone took of her signing autographs after the show.

Nicole let them listen to Thacrazylady for a few seconds off her CD player and they had it down and started playing. Nicole started singing and the entire club was off their seats! This was one of the times I wasn't there and I always wished I had been.

One weekend it started raining during the show and the show coordinator got the manager at the Speak Easy (jazz-bar-club) to let all her acts come and finish performing inside. No CD audio system, but they had their own in-house live band.

She didn't get paid much, but she was able to sell her CDs and get exposure. I was there once or twice but I usually stayed home with the kids (still very little.)

She would later talk about how this album was more of an experiment and she was just “playing around”, but I was there and I can tell you she poured a lot of time into making it. I think it gave her the confidence that she needed for all the other projects she would eventually work on.

If you’ve never lost someone you care about, maybe it’s hard to understand the story.

Life tears us apart. There’s so much negativity in the world. No matter what your beliefs are, we have to persist to be kind to each other, regardless if we want to or not, and forgive each other, even if we feel the other don’t deserve it.

She was always trying to better herself and spread love and positivity to everyone she met.

Don’t take your loved ones for granted, you never know when their time will come. Shower them with Love and show you appreciate
