Hi. I posted about regulating my emotions better, and started doing so, thank heavens. Not playing much: SMT4 still and Far Cry 2 (game is dark, and slow paced but with characters speaking at 1.5x speed). Lots of thoughts for this year end, can't seem to really relax, and when I do, I feel empty.

I can hear the sound effects in my mind.

Watched some of it. It's dense, and definitely worth listening to if one has a business that depends on online interaction. May share the video with my boss.
