but it's just one of those ancient truisms of the human condition. 1 last thing you probably already know but reminders don't hurt, humans tend to focus/remember the negatives rather than positives. you have to work to keep the negative from washing out positives.

i accept it just fine, the world isn't all peace and light though, it has darkness and violence, hate and indifference. you don't have to condone those facts but you should recognize they're part of reality and life. enjoy what you can when you can and work on mitigating the negative. sounds trite >
