I do think it's odd we don't have more ways to deal with it though. They keep pulling elemental damage archetypes out their ass but if you want to heal it you are still limited to 5 operators (all of which are good, yes, but still). I've long been an advocate for elemental damage healing defenders.

I think it's part because you can just play through it, because the effects of elemental damage aren't really debilitating (other than the stun one), or they give you methods to work around it altogether like in Act or Die, but by the last few EX stages that becomes a major pain in the ass.

at least you can borrow on EX stages so you can just take her from someone else, but yeah, she sure makes my life a whole lot easier

for context there's a two-parter that tackles this whole thing and the second part isn't out on global yet so I haven't read it, but so far they haven't outright said it as much as just... implied it so heavily it basically is not implication anymore
