And they have only advanced the outreach of the policy over months are are just, ignoring legal road blocks too achieve it. These people will not be stopped by legislation or the people's actual needs. Now they can legally ignore the courts so even less of an impact now.

People acting like the 19 and under ban was "just for minors" are either intentionally not acknowledging that its an adult ban or are actually expecting the trump admin to not raise the cap. Im 22 if I stayed and they raised it too say 25 and instant cut off from life saving meds, pure evil
