The right-wing “film bro” ecosphere is flipping out over the casting of Nolan’s Odyssey for the usual reasons (racism) but my problem is Damon as Odysseus. Odysseus is supposed to be a legendary badass and cocky player but Damon looks more like Socrates, who was a notorious ugo.
