Ok yeah I’ve done that before. Do you have a favorite variety to pickle? Daikon is the only one I haven’t traditionally used on salads. Too woody

No kidding? Damn I pickle zucchini, cucumber, peppers, onion, carrots, but I have never done this with radish. Thank you! I’ll try it next season.
