I don't think it *needs* more content at launch, especially given it's included in various subscriptions, but long-term I think it'd need it to sustain a regular player base (should it be their desire).

Still got plenty of unlocks to see out myself, and eager to dive back in. There's a grind, but I'm not convinced the unlocks deeper into the game really introduce anything new—just make what you've already done easier.
