Can you elaborate of this point? I skimmed the Policy Exchange submission. While it's clear their core (incorrect) assumption is that immigrants and refugees are a net drain, I didn't think all their suggestions were rubbish.

I do think Scott Galloway has some very interesting thoughts on the topic, however, so kudos for name checking him.
(I suspect Galloway may have spent a bit more time thinking about this stuff than Jimmy).
