The songs in MOANA 2 are a step down & Lin M. Miranda-isms are very noticeable. Gets better as it gets on but still feels incredibly episodic. I enjoyed the sister dynamic & beautiful imagery. The forced 'this is a sequel so we need more side characters' don't work in its favor #filmsky
