Out of curiosity because I'm very far from structural biology - can your findings be used to figure out why host ADARs seemingly only edit the genome strand in (-)ssRNA viruses (described in Ebola & Sigma viruses) even though either strand of the dsRNA duplex should be susceptible to edits?
