I agree. I don't dislike religious folk as a whole, but I consider myself to be anti-religious for that exact reason, among others.
They also tend to follow a near hivemind mentality. "This person is Christian like me, I should listen to them".

I think it is still important to understand that not everyone in Nazi Occupied Germany was an antisemitic monster. I will not justify their actions, but understanding why people act the way they did is an important part of not repeating those actions.

It's sickening. I'm seeing people like my own mother, by all accounts and otherwise strong and intelligent woman, falling for repub BS time and time again, in the name of god. Speaking nothing but hate.

I've seen Filipinos get mistaken for Mexican before, it's bonkers.
I work in a shop with a bunch of Latino guys and gals. A lot of them are Salvadoreño, I haven't talked to enough to know how many are from where. But all of them are just "Mexican" to everyone else, even when I kindly correct them
