Took Evie in to the @krownrustprotection at the Cotter’s Woodroffe #Ottawa location this morning. I’ve used #Krown many times in the past and Ron and his team did an amazing job with Evie - so if you’re in the Ottawa area, I highly recommend them! #EquinoxEV

Evie met an electric bus 🚌 at the @electrifycanada.bsky.social #KingstonOntario EV charging stations outside the @canadiantirecorp.bsky.social - it was being delivered to Brampton from #NovaBus in Saint-Eustache, QC - the people you meet while charging up ⚡️🇨🇦❤️

Evie’s first real snowstorm - this storm required the electric snowblower 😂 tomorrow morning will be the 3 hours after photo, let’s just say it was dark by the time is was cleared #ElectrifyEverything PS the best part, not worrying about whether the car would start and the snow mode moved it 👍

Next up on the awesome www.voltstuff.com accessories, their charging port and cord cover. The previous cover we had for the Prius (last pic) did some light scratching of the paint because of the magnets and its material. This cover fits perfectly within the housing. Again, highly recommend.

A big issue for the Equinox EV is dash glare that causes a horrible reflection on the windshield, so along comes www.voltstuff.com that have created these great full dashmats that solve the glare issue also available for the 2025 HUD models. This one is their black non-HUD version. Highly recommend.

Evie’s winter tires were installed today and because we live Quebec 🇨🇦 we can have studded tires which have been perfect for all the icy weather. Ordered an extra set of the same rims and the tires are Michelin X-Ice North 4 SUV Studded 245/55R19 and yea opted for the TPMS as well. #LetItSnow ❄️

@evstartgo behind our motel in Haileybury, ON. There was a garbage dumpster that made parking awkward, but, the charging was fast and cheap! We were very happy with this experience. Note the size of the charging head - there is a lot of electricity being passed through these things! #CobaltTrip

Glad we picked up the @a2zev Typhoon Pro adapter as the last charger wouldn't release the built in one. Highly recommend the A2Z adapter, worked great! T Supercharger worked great too just $$$! 2/2

Took Evie on a quick trip to Cobalt, ON to check out the charging infrastructure along the way. This was Deep River, Tesla Superchargers located at the Canadian Tire. As is the etiquette due the charging port placement, we parked in the spot to the right most charger. 1/2

The Equinox EVs don’t support Apple CarPlay. I wanted a mount so I could still see notifications from my iPhone. I’m a long time user of @quadlock so I ordered a Suction Dash Mount. Fits perfectly to the left of the driver’s info screen & I am very happy with the result. #Chevrolet #EquinoxEV
