Honestly, I think the recent display of force is all for show. It proves that they are weak & they know it. They don't want No Kings to happen because they know there are too many of us all across the nation. They want us to be too scared to fight ... bc we outnumber them.

What do you mean? It's estimated that European colonizers killed approximately 56 million indigenous people across the Americas over about 100 years. This includes the actions of the U.S. government. Not to mention stealing their children.

But I'm confident that you're capable of setting aside your ego long enough to find a group of like-minded "middle-aged single" men who are willing to give you a chance despite their personal traumas.

Also, why not befriend other middle-aged men. Join a men's lodge or service club. You don't need a romantic relationship to be happy and whole. Start there.

If your arm was broken, you wouldn't wait for a woman to call a doctor. Likewise if your psyche is broken. If you don't like your life & you want to change, *you* have to make an effort to do so. Blanket blaming society for your lack of friends doesn't solve the problem and often makes it worse.

Seriously. No one is out here appointing friends to people. It's not like women automatically get a friend just bc they have a vagina. Men should reach out to each other & build a rapport. Join a fraternity/lodge/club. There are a lot of men with healthy long-term friendships, it's not impossible.

I get that but it's important to some people. It's probably the only thing my 75 year old mom is looking forward to right now. Let people enjoy entertainment. It's really no different than sports.

Same. I dropped twitter a few years ago, and I just started the process of deleting everything from meta. (I have a lot of photos to archive) I plan to be off all meta by February. 😊
