It’s understandable. I am not a practicing Jew and haven’t been since I was a teenager because Zionism was just the expected norm and it felt wrong even before I educated myself. But the culture will always be important to me

It’s a really easy thing to buy into when the country you were born in started the same way, so I guess it makes sense that american Judaism as an institution is this way.

That’s what we’re up against here people who genuinely believe they have a god given right to colonialism, and are shocked when you tell them that’s not reality

Like I had a discussion recently with my mom and she didn’t know that 1: the Torah was not a document of real historical events given to our people by god (as opposed to the reality of being written by some guy) and 2: Israel wasn’t a real country until recently.

If u want stuff before the holidays I recommend acrylic 🙏 if ur willing to wait for something ridiculously detailed and also spend more money oil is always an option but im aware it’s not really oil paintin’ money times if u get my meaning 📉
