Did you miss virtual birding? Check out the prompts and some of the creative writing! Haiku. Observed a bird cams for 5 minutes. Write a haiku based on what you observe. Haiku is a poem with 3 lines. The first line has 5 syllables, the second line has 7 syllables, and the third line has 5 syllables. Haiku! Perching Chickadee/ Starling shuffle in to search/ Mourning Doves bring calm. By Michelle. December gathering Saturday, December 13th from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. Taylor Farm Park at 5526 East Dublin Granville Road, New Albany, OH 43054. All of these slides have a greenish border with sprigs of evergreen in 2 of the corners, there is also a Dark-eyed Junko sitting on a tree branch. Please note the parking lot is gravel. It was a lovely Fall day to observe some great birds and enjoy great company! Highlights included 5 species of woodpecker and one of our Winter birds, a Brown Creeper!

A beautiful and very birdy morning! There were lots of American Goldfinches enjoying the bounty from the surrounding meadows, and we were thrilled to see a Red-breasted Nuthatch and a Palm Warbler!!
