Just got my brand-new Durston X Dome 1+ tent! I'm beyond excited to take it for a test run in a couple of days.

My Maverick was awesome, but front wheel drive was making me REAL nervous on some back roads.

The setup to one of the worst nights of backpacking I've ever experienced. Abandoned camp due to literally the worst swarm of mosquitoes I've seen in 15 years outdoors.

However, it led to the most haunting and beautiful 1 am hikes down a beach I'll ever have.
