Im trying to prepare someone for their first trip to the city...I don't think they're ready for the scouse humour, let alone the dialect! Scousers are a bred apart, and long may you continue to be so unique and wonderful.

Most women have their hats pinned onto their hair to keep it in place.
I usually wear a hat when I go out and always take it off unless it's a very elaborate one (i.e. one for a wedding or special occasion) pinned into place.

Etiquette says during the day, women may keep their hats on, men should remove theirs. In the evening women shouldn't wear a hat, and instead have an elaborate hair "do" or wear decorative pieces, tiaras or diadem.

Yes, and he is on the record as having said his mother, who he idolised, made him promise he would never be a republican because she believed everyone has to do their bit in society to make life for everyone better.

The most mind blowing thing about Trump is he was gifted his initial wealth and lost more money than he has made. He had been bankrupt multiple times, convinced of fraud, a self confessed sexual predator and yet, he has been elected because people think he's a victim of the system!

He makes people think he's an idiot but really he's a selfish, manipulative, megalomaniac, using people's fear & sense they haven't got what they deserve, to think he will give them a better life as privileged as his, when his aim is to make his & his clique more privileged than they already are.

I agree. I think today was more positive and more improvement than I expected in less than a week with Moyes. I'm hopeful, which is a nice feeling to have again
