I think you’re being overly critical here, I’m always going to lead with kindness. I care a lot about our users and when I have time, I try to read about how people are experiencing the service and offer help where I can.

I appreciate that. When I came in 2.5 years ago, I made it point to change this company around. It’s definitely not the same Kickstarter.
