Officially accepted into the grad program and got the fellowship award. Full ride to college lfg
I really hope this pans out, this would be huge for me. But worst case is I apply for next year and follow my original plan.
But if this works out it would be a dream come true

I met with one of the professors of the Transportation Engineering program I was planning on applying to and our convo ended with her legit asking me if I'd be open to starting this fall (after the deadline???) and also putting me on the radar of a fellowship that would cover my tuition.

I assure you, the experience of driving your car into Manhattan is not in any way an experience of “freedom.” Much closer, viscerally to the experience of confinement, and being caged.

Moved to Seattle, I feel good so far but trying to not settle into a life of stagnation. The hard part is also setting a boundary to set aside time to spend time with people and time to focus on what I gotta do.
