Hundreds of millions of people smoke. Measures taken to discourage smoking are generally pretty popular and accepted. Using something (especially one designed to be addictive) doesn’t necessarily mean you want to be using it.

it really doesn't have to be about numbers if the government gets its shit together and creates the infrastructure necessary to support refugees (which will also benefit everyone else by proxy). unfortunately they won't.
