I agree with that, and yes there’s a chance he can’t fix things, but not all those issues are his. Players are performing so poorly that they need to be accountable. Plus there’s no obvious successor, and sacking a manager without a plan (like we did when we sacked Rodgers) just isn’t Liverpool.

I get the loyalty (you’re right - he’s earned that) but what makes you believe he *cannot* turn it around? Genuine question.

I think he can, obviously there’s a world where he doesn’t, but I think his career as manager (pre-Liverpool too of course) tells us he’s capable of turning it around. 🤞

The latter for me. Obviously I think his confidence is shot too (that probably goes for everyone at the moment). But I was always very surprised at the start of the season when he was given the shirt over Robbo.

Quite good. Virgil had a shocker to give away the penalty that put us behind, great response since. Lots of energy, high pressing and moving the ball well. Dom, Gakpo and Jones particularly active and Hugo’s getting joy up front.
