I love that low flow pole is like a sudoku puzzle but for dance,looking at this clip there are things I want to go back and correct bc I can see where I missed opportunities for great transitions but I also love this freestyle,it's messy but beautiful #lowflowpd #lowflowpole #plussizedancer #dance
