Let me spell this out for you. Irony is a means of expressing your disdain for a position, but packaging it in a thinly veiled venner of humour. Clearly surgeons wear masks to prevent the transmission of pathogens. If you do not believe that masks do not work then ask your surgeon not to wear one.

I thought you´d at least pick up the smallest whiff of irony.
Or to be clear surgeons clearly wear masks for a reason.....

Everyone knows that masks don´t work. That´s why surgeons do not wear them.
