From what I can see it looks like the company lists that they do LLM training, but also are looking for audio/speech generation as well. Not sure if that'll be implemented into this game specifically, but I wouldn't doubt it.

*sigh* part of me wants to play it for journalistic reasons. The other half is really pissed about the fact it's even being used in the first place after MONTHS of company stans trying to gaslight me saying that "they would never use AI because of China regulations" during the strike.

Also this is only its first beta limited to a small number of people. With CBT2/full release, I wouldn't doubt that some players would try to break the system (Darth Vader Fortnite situation) or the possibility that AI psychosis could form ESPECIALLY since this game is marketed to 8+ audiences

I wanna add on to this with some more information!

At the moment from what I can see, AI is being used in two places: This barista character and their tutorial guide system. In one instance it mentions Tom Nook from Animal crossing, so I have to wonder WHERE their information was taken from tbh
