It was an absolute honour to sit on a panel at the Royal Society of Medicine on Friday. Thank you to the Menstrual Health Project for putting on such an incredible event. I was honoured to share space with so many incredible women and experts. We must keep talking, and raising awareness.

Yesterday was a sad day. Despite my hysterectomy and bowel resection, my #endometriosis is back. It took less than 6 months for me to be debilitated by the pain again. I’m gutted, but trying to be more positive today. The puppies had a little play date which was a lovely distraction!

A bloody brilliant book. I’m currently in bed, suffering from hideous endometriosis pain, and trying to adjust to post-hysterectomy life, and this book is the comfort that I needed.

t’s been a rough few weeks. I’ve been struggling with a horrible #endometriosis flare up which has sadly been messing with my bowels again. I’ve been struggling to go to the toilet, so have had to revert back to taking laxatives again which is absolutely soul destroying and painful. I am in agony.

No snow yet, but the frost is beautiful. I’m far too poorly to be walking in freezing temperatures, but it was worth it for these pictures. Now - back to bed!
