Thank you! Is that the same mechanic that an Alderperson would need to opt into allowing ADUs in the first place, or is there a different procedure for that?

Can an alderperson who opted into allowing ADUs in RS zones change their mind and ban them again? Or if a new alder takes office, can they choose to ban them again? What happens to ADUs under construction if that happens?
