Large object, apparently metallic. The shape is reminiscent of a door with a round top. The surface is covered in a grid of bumps. In its center there is a rectangular opening with softly rounded corners. Above it, two holes form. A third one above their center. Before the rectangular object forms its round half-dome top, the rows of bumps become more extruded and darker, framing the object’s „face“ like a hairpiece. On the top of round half-dome shape sits a long lever and a few other shapes that could be read as antennae or ears.

The foto is almost all black, with the exception of the brightly lit stage in the middle. It’s shaped like a small square. Ein Rot-Pink getränktes Leintuch zeigt die Worte Birth, Life, Sex, Birth, Life, Death, wobei das erste und letzte Wort am größten gewählt sind. Davor liegen ein verkrumpeltes Laken und ein Kissen in rotem Samt. Die Setbauer haben wieder eine kleine Nische dekoriert, in der eine florale Tapete, mit Bücherregalen bedruckte Wände, Teppich, Tisch und ein Musikinstrument zum Entdecken und Verweilen einladen. Darüber hängt ein elektrifizierter Kronleuchter. Die Steinmetze stellen geometrische Skulpturen aus, die das Material organisch anmuten lassen. Drei Gemälde in gelben Neonfarben und dunklen Blautönen zeigen geometrische Flächen, die sich konkurrierend begrenzen, teils überlappen.

Am Wochenende war Ausstellung bei Fritz Deutschland e.V. und für mich hieß das Comicfest für einen Tag. #comics
Blick in das dekorierte Büro / Atelierraum mit weißen Wänden, braunen Lesersofas, bunten Teppichstücken und einem Büchertisch. Ausgewählte Comics der Aktion „Comics gegen Rechts“, gedruckt auf 20 x 20 cm große Leinwände. Ein QR Code führt zu einem Talk von 2020. Ein offenes Bücherregal stellt die Drucksachen aus, die von der kreativen Arbeit der Ausstellenden zeugen.
