This is a photo I took in the fall of a farm in Hamilton near where I work, I think it’s a great example of NIMBY pearl clutching

Also, am I reading the regulations correctly that the minimum requirement is 15 units per acre? Because that’s a really small amount of units.
And it’s not like there’s any regulation that it be affordable so good news, they still get to gatekeep 😭
