I tried to flash my own fw, but the bootloader seems to hang at "Executing..." when looking at the uart output (hash check?)

Seems like the flash chip has multiple LZMA compressed regions, but the one at the beginning houses the kernel and a CPIO image that is loaded into RAM

I tried setting up jellyfin on TrueNAS and it never worked. No matter what I tried. Then I just installed ubuntu server (later migrated to debian) and everything just works.
