Welp, I don’t esp enjoy the sound of gunfire in hunting season or the easy access to guns that my six-year-old could accidentally have while playing at her friends houses or the fact that our town fire department is raffling off five semi-automatic hunting rifles for their fundraiser this year.

There are a handful of deeply red pockets here and we landed in one of them. And Vermont is still over 90% white and with that = deep deep racism.

Safe journeys. We’re leaving Vermont soon too. For many reasons, but one being that we are surrounded by guns and Trump supporters and big truck/small dick energy… 

Just me looking at all the “concerned about you” emails and texts I got in the earlier days of this nightmare… 🤔
