Insurance companies are vile. They don’t care about their employees or their clients. It is a fraud scheme. See how many people they let die or suffer because of denials. We pay them and they deny us. They get more money we get more debt. When will they be held accountable for all the suffering?

They only care about their bottom lines, we’re replaceable to them, and they will continue to kill us in creative ways. They believe they’re above us because we’ve continued to let them. We’ve let them fear monger and divide us. But it took one moment to unite the divided.

As we watch the destruction, I ask myself what would happen if it came to my front door now? If I lose my job because I am a woman, gay, biracial, how I voted? If they separate me from my wife? Where will they take her? Who are they? Were they my friends before? Were they my family?

What do you do when you see someone struggling? An example: a person is trying to get something on the top shelf. Several people walk by. One person might ask. One might just act and grab it. So are you a passer, an asker, or a doer? Or do you find yourself as the person struggling? Or maybe all?

When you build your community, always find those who share the same morals but have different perspectives. Gather all different experiences and establish that our outside differences are as important as our shared values. We are unique together and we will find our peace together.

I plant seeds in minds and water them with my voice with every interaction. When they grow, they fill you with more questions. What is real and from whose perspective? Show me the proof, so my eyes can justify these actions.

For one to find enlightenment, you have to face your biases, prejudices, the dark parts of yourself, and the parts that are hidden away. You have to question them. Where did they come from? Am I looking at one point of view, my own? Narrow views don’t promote inner growth.

Life is ever expanding and growing. It will leave you behind if you don’t keep up with it. We see this now, with the old world clinging on as the people ask for change and instead the response is more control. Growing will be uncomfortable but the metamorphosis will be gratifying.

When will they actually care about the people? Why does our society have to be deeply rooted in hate? Why do we never learn our lessons? Why do we continue to beat a dead horse? Why do we let ourselves get manipulated time and time again? Around the hamster wheel we go. Maybe break it next time.

Sometimes we need to start over in order to find our way forward. If they wanted to fix and improve every issue, they would’ve. This is not about helping, this is about control and power. Take your power back and use your voice. Make them listen. Only we can make the change for our futures.

I saw a TT by Brianna Pastor that said “no one talks about how much it hurts to be the cycle-breaker in the family” I watch my wife struggle and my “you’re loved and good enoughs” will never heal that part she had to rip out because the poisonous words left festering wounds. It’s free to be kind.

Lost my 15 year old dogs in October. They grew up with my wife and I while watching us go through so many life events. Always there to hold and pet after, but now their empty spots give new life lessons. Appreciate the bonds that make you happy, you chose them to brighten the way along your journey.

I’ve always wanted to be picked for jury duty because I think it’s so important to have all different types of people from other walks of life give perspective to the case. We all have our own bias views because of them. Law and order is a complicated business. Created to control rather than help.

Maybe the ocean aliens have really tough immigration laws and we keep failing the test. We could’ve been so much more advanced as a society if we didn’t let fear seep into all aspects of our lives. Don’t be scared, we’ve been here before. We’ll overcome it again and hopefully get further next time.

IDK how my wife does it, to me it’s petty. Someone TEAMS calls her 5-10 mins before she gets off work on a Friday. Also, why cold calling? Ew.

Where in your body do you feeling empathy? I feel it deep in my chest, flowing out of my mouth and eyes as I listen and watch. It’s like someone gently squeezing your heart and it progressively gets tighter with every word said and every tear shed. At 34, is when I could finally understand it.

My mind is faster than my speech. I will stutter and stumble over words or have pauses but I do eventually get it out. I like to think that there’s a wall between my brain and mouth that I keep forgetting to go around it instead of trying to go through it.
